Data-Based Presentation on Veteran-Centric Life Success Programs
Falls Church, VA – Jennifer Roseman, Three Wire Systems’ Executive Vice President of VetAdvisor Services, has been selected to present at the Employee Assistance Professionals Association’s 2016 World EAP Conference in Chicago, IL. Roseman’s presentation, “What EAP Services do Veterans Want? Best Practices and Lessons Learned” will use data collected by VetAdvisor over a two-year period.
“I’m honored that my presentation was among those selected for this year’s World EAP Conference,” Roseman states. “The data collected using our Veteran Relationship Management tool is incredibly illuminating and I look forward to discussing the ways it can help organizations identify veteran life success program needs and determine veteran coaching best practices and ROI measurement.”
In November 2013, VetAdvisor began offering veteran-centric life success coaching services to a Fortune 500 company. A cohort of 1,999 veterans registered for and received VetAdvisor finance, career, wellness, behavioral health, and navigational advocacy coaching. All coach/veteran interactions were tracked, providing a wealth of data on duration, quality, and content of all interactions, as well as on how veterans assess their quality of life across personal, interpersonal, and operational (logistical) categories.
Utilizing data collected between November 2013 and December 2015, Roseman’s session will present lessons learned and strategies for achieving veteran engagement in coaching services. EAPA’s 2016 World EAP Conference will be held Monday, October 31 – Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. For more information, visit www.eapassn.org.
